I am currently working in IT support and am now looking to specialise in cybersecurity, building on a strong technical foundation developed through hands on experience. I hold CompTIA A+ and CySA+ certifications and have supported a range of environments, including Windows administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 with Intune. In my help desk roles, I have contributed to maintaining secure systems by resolving VPN and authentication issues, enforcing security policies, and assisting in identifying and reporting potential security incidents.

Whilst working in the IT industry, I have further developed my interest in cybersecurity through practical, security-focused tasks and continuous learning. My experience across Windows and Linux environments has strengthened my problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to risk identification. I am a motivated and detail-oriented individual, keen to apply my skills within a cybersecurity role and contribute effectively to protecting systems and data.
